Mmkay, May has required… a lot of retail therapy for obv reasons. But I found this fun Snapchat video from the summer of 2016, which features my late grandmothers and mom, which made me smile.

Let’s do a little recap of what I’m eating, reading, listening to and watching.

What I’m eating: My friend Lisa sent over Gramercy Tavern’s epic mushroom lasagna from Goldbelly for the shiva we hosted a couple weeks ago and I brought the leftovers back to my house and have been eating them every day. DIVINE. It’s a huge lasagna and I’ll be rebuying this gem.

What I’m reading: I’m finally starting my friend Tia Williams’ latest book, A Song for Ricki Wilde. No one does dialogue like Tia and I’ve never read a book of hers, starting with It Chicks from way back, that I didn’t love.

What I’m listening to: I don’t know if it’s nostalgia or my emo state of mind these days, but I can’t get enough of Tori Amos right now. It’s just right for my vibe.

What I’m watching: In that retro, somewhat emo vein, I’m rewatching The Wonder Years with my husband and it’s just what the doctor ordered. Watching Winnie Cooper and Kevin Arnold come of age and reacquainting myself with my ‘90s style icon (and life icon), Kevin’s sister Karen (why does she not get more press? I’m STILL OBSESSED with her) is giving me life.

This edition of Amazon Favorites includes lots of summer fashion for the hot days ahead at frankly phenomenal prices. Here’s this month’s list.
