Let’s talk liquid liners, specifically Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner. I don’t know about you, but it’s the one I hear about the most. It consistently tops best-seller lists and it’s one of the brand’s legacy skus. Long-wearing, waterproof and with a super-fine point, it offers a lot. But after years of service in my makeup bag, does it still hold up?
