The Dyson Airstrait has been hyped.

It functions like a flat iron, but without heat, drying and straightening your hair in record time. I purchased it during the fall Sephora sale because my curiosity simply couldn’t take it. Is it as great as people say? After a few months of testing it out, do I deem it worth the spendy $500? Or is there something cheaper on the market that works just, or nearly, as well? Before we get to that a few things: Emily’s Feed Me deep dive into merch was fanastic, my favorite Bliss scent is finally back (wish they had a body/hand wash, but I’ll take the lotion), and after a couple years of back-to-back gel, I’m back on the Kur Nail Concealer train (the milky white is my go-to). It takes me minutes to apply two coats, I forgo the top coat these days, and then remove and reapply once a week.
