Next-Level Laundry

I’ve become obsessed with incorporating scent into my lifestyle via laundry detergent.

Candles, for the most part, have become migraine-inducing for me in the past year or so (I know, it sucks). I can only endure a cold throw, my friends. I can wear just a few perfumes that won’t cause them either. So I turn to body wash, lotion and laundry to get my stunning scent fix.

A few years ago, I LOVED Honest Company’s Coastal Surf scent, now sadly discontinued. It was positively perfect—a whisper of oceanic sensibility but it was also a fabulous detergent that left my clothes and linens soft. I bought up a few remaining bottles on Walmart.com I was stalking and I’m sorry to tell you there are no more. Think of it like the sage words of the MTA—if you see something, buy something.
