And I love SKII.

Life pre-essence, was, essentially, a mess(essence).

As a skincare scholar, you know that applying your serums and creams to dry skin is like pouring a gel or moisturizer onto a dry sponge. And when it comes to good absorption for the products that follow, a damp canvas is best. It’s the same with your Beautyblender (or whichever makeup sponge you prefer).

Essences run the gamut, for me. I’ve found amazing pricey ones (like SKII Facial Treatment Essence, which is indeed incredible). I haven’t found any super cheap ones I love, though I have found a few I like.
