🧘‍♀️The Fall Workouts: I’m planning on doing the couch to 5K app (I’ve done it before with great results) post-partum, but right now, I’m loving Tracy Anderson arm workouts, the Downdog App pre-natal yoga and some Peloton bike workouts sprinkled in.

Ok! Let’s get to my fall everything shower lineup for 2023.

🫧 The Shampoo: My go-to this fall is Virtue Recovery Shampoo plus an additional application of Philip B Russian Amber Shampoo for days when I need my hair to look really good—events, weddings, bat mitzvahs, etc. I think of the latter as more of a styler, even though it goes on and is washed out like a shampoo. The Virtue lathers sans sulfates and makes my hair feel cleansed but not squeaky clean—and also stronger within a few shampoos. The Russian Amber impart flexibility, shine and the rare ability to air dry into sleek waves or be styled into extra shiny, bouncy looks.
