Hi! Before I get into this season’s everything shower lineup, here are a few updates.

Read: ā„ļø The everything shower: winter edition

These hair ties don’t cut off my wrist circulation and aren’t as obvious as my former favorite Slip stunt double ones.

I recently acquired quite a few decor scores. These

Julia @smarterinasec
-recommended pillow covers, a new, more wieldable Baloo in blue, marble contact paper for my old wooden kitchen island and the piĆØce de rĆ©sistance, a new Burrow Nomad sofa. I tested out the latter for a story I wrote for Time Stamped on the best sofas. I am utterly thrilled. I ā€œinheritedā€ two sofas my husband bought post-divorce and one is comfy, but hard to get up from and the other is, as my late grandmother would say, from hunger. It’s not deep or tall enough and feels like you’re perched precariously on a fainting couch. I lived for my Room & Board York sectional, but alas, with its chaise on the left, it just doesn’t work in this room. One piece lives in my baby son’s room and the chaise is wrapped up in our garage, waiting to be freed whenever we move. Anyway, this Nomad will replace the ā€œfrom-hungerā€ sofa.

I’m eating Trader Joe’s Zhoug sauce on all of my salads, following Tinx’s philosophy that hot sauce as dressing should be normalized. TJ’s arugula salad and salmon air-fried with some of the brand’s taco seasoning is the. perfect. meal.

These 3D-printed lamps are my new everything and I cannot stop thinking about the tan and pink one.

Orange gelee is back! I positively lived for the Bain de Soleil version in the ā€˜90s when I (I! I know) used to ā€œlay out.ā€ I haven’t been unsheltered in the sun at a beach or a pool since 2004 but this is a fun throwback I’ll be trying out.

Ripple plant-based milk was a PR gratis item I’ll be buying once I’m out — this stuff is perfect with my favorite protein-packed oatmeal.

Last but not least, I’m partnering with RPZL, exclusively offering 30% off my go-to hair brush, The Campbell headband (which I wear once a week) and The Aurora, which keeps blowouts fresh to you with code AMBER30 at checkout, this week only.
