Hello! Thanks to a generous shout-out from things.i.bought.and.liked (my favorite not-quite-an-influencer influencer), there are so many new subscribers here. So, welcome to my new friends and hisies to my long-standing crew as well.
If you like what you’re reading, it would mean the world to me if you hit that little heart icon at the bottom—it lets me know what my civilian friends are into (and not) and which categories/items resonate the most. You can also DM me your questions on Instagram for upcoming Q&As.
Let’s get to it!
You know when you wake up in the morning and maybe you have to be in an office quickly and you just can’t do the whole wash and style your hair thing? Or maybe you sneaked in a Peloton class but you have to be in the Zoom where it happens in 7 minutes?
I’ve found the solution and it’s the RPZL braid headband. Here’s why it’s spectacular: You can wear it as a headband and look as if you hit up a chic braid bar before work (or your event, dinner, what have you).
OR, you can use it to wrap around a ponytail for a more intentional, more polished hairstyle rather than just a sloppy gym pony (not that there’s anything wrong with that, but braids are more fun, you know?). You can see how I do it on the RPZL TikTok (not sponsored—I’m never sponsored here, that’s the point!).
I don mine at least twice a week and am considering picking up the Buckaroo Butterscotch to add to my Bright Blonde one for when I’m due for highlights.
And, because Lisa, founder of blowout & extensions bar RPZL, is the most generous, she’s offered TIBAAC subscribers a subscriber-only discount of 50% off braid headbands until the end of the month with code BFF50. That’s $25 for a positively indispensable item you’ll have for years—or until you decide to switch up your hair hue. Whatever happens first. Let me know if you try it.
So excited about this - thanks for the scoop!
I have balayaged hair; what color would suit best, butterscotch?
